Education and Career

1973 – graduated from Kharkiv Electrotechnical College Communications (KHETS) by specialty “Television technics and radio relay communication”.

1973 – electromerhanic of the production laboratory of the Office of Technical Operation of Cable and Radio Relay Lines No. 1 (UKRM-1).

1975 – senior electromerhanic of the production laboratory UKRM-1 (since 1977 “Territorial center for management of long-distance communications and television TCUMS-1).

1977 – engineer of the production laboratory of TCUMS-1.

In 1979 he graduated from the Ukrainian Extramural Polytechnic Institute (UZPI), majoring in Automation and Telemechanics.

1980 – Junior Researcher of the Department of Automation and telemechanics of the UZPI.

1981 – Senior Researcher of the Department of Automation and telemechanics of the UZPI (since 1989 Department of Automation and Radioelectronics UZPI, since 1990 Kharkiv Engineering Pedagogical Institute HIPI).

1990 – Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.13.05 – elements and devices of computer facilities and control systems, defended his thesis at the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (KhPI).

1994 – leading research assistant of the Department of Automation and Radioelectronics, HIPI.

1994 – Assistant Professor of the Department of Automation and Radioelectronics HIPI (since 1994. Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy UIPA).

2001 – Head of the Department of Automation and Radioelectronics UIPA.

2005 – Assistant Professor of the Department of Automation and Radioelectronics UIPA (since 2007 Department of Radioelectronics and Computer Systems).

2008 – Assistant Professor of the Department of Electronics and Computer Technologies of Control Systems, UIPA.

2016 – Assistant Professor of the Department of Radio Technologies of Information and Communication Systems Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics (NURE).


Educational activity

Teaches the academic disciplines: analog elements and devices, digital elements and devices, microprocessors and microcontrollers, design and programming of microprocessor devices, design of radioelectronic devices, development and technology of electronic equipment production.


Researcher activity

1980-1994 – responsible executor of state budget R & D:

  • “Development and research of a device for debugging programs and controlling the operation of a microprocessor”;
  • “Development of an automated industrial technology and installation for the manufacture of separators for irrigators and water traps for fan film cooling towers made from waterproof corrugated paper”;
  • “Development and research of a device for debugging programs with advanced functionality”;
  • “Development and research of a device for automatic maintenance of the required temperature of a cooling tower with high cooling capacity”;
  • co-author of several developments of the compaction systems of telephone channels, which are implemented in JSC “Ukrtelecom” and installed on various segments of the telecommunications network of Ukraine.

State Awards

Medal “For Valiant Labor”, Gold medal VDNH USSR (as part of the team) for the creation of a small high-performance cooling tower with a capacity of 1 million kilocalories per hour.

The author of more than 130 publications, including 10 copyright certificates and patents and 4 textbooks. Patents:  The pulse expander, Device for determining the moments of appearance of extrema,  Fan cooling tower, Counter flow fan cooling tower, The gas analyzer, The temperature regulator, A device for transmitting information, A device for receiving information, The non-algebraic decoder of the corrective codes, Modified non-algebraic decoder.
